Pole Dancing implements all levels of pole dance, Pilates, and yoga to strengthen, tighten and change your body inside and out. No dance experience required. Great for beginner to advanced and all body types. Nervous about your first class, try intro to pole and take your spins for a test drive. From there you can venture out to our Essential Level classes and Spin Pole classes. You may even find yourself joining our performance or competition team.
