Our classes utilize an eclectic blend of Hatha Yoga incorporating many elements of Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Each class focuses on healthy alignment, modifications and adjustments to deepen your practice, regardless of age or ability.  Learn the basic poses, alignment, breathing practices, moving with the breath, relaxation techniques and more.  Each class also incorporates advanced level techniques, an understanding of body mechanics, and how to apply Yoga to your life, sport, or physical and spiritual needs.  With a wide range of class types we have everything from restorative yoga to power flow classes.  New to yoga?  Start with an Essential Yoga Flow class.

Power Pilates and Yoga 

This class offers an intense mix of both the Yoga and Pilates methods.  This is great for people of all levels to learn proper form and essential exercises from both Pilates and Yoga.  Designed to give you more rapid and balanced development of the body in an efficient, flowing and fun workout; giving you a stronger body with increased range of motion, coordination and balance.
