Khristen Pahler

Khristen Pahler is a mother of two who is devoted to a fit and healthy lifestyle. She began practicing yoga and Pilates shortly after her second child was born in 2004 to alleviate the effects of excessive weight gain. After experiencing the many benefits of these fitness modalities she set out to obtain her certifications in 2008.Together with her dance and creative movement background she’s been able to infuse her choreography with powerful dynamic movement which many of the studio performers have utilized in their own competition pieces.

In addition to her work at Twisted Bodies, Khristen was previously a Special Education Aide at Argyle High School and trains various high school sports teams for strength and conditioning. She is an advocate for women’s health and donates her time and services to Susan G. Komen by way of Therapeutic Pilates Training for those pre and post-op mastectomy. She believes that your fitness routine should be fun and elevate your mind, body and soul.
