Private training is available for people of all ages and abilities. Tell us your goals and expectations and we will design programming around your specific needs. With private training your trainer will teach you everything you need to know about the movement form of your choice and you will learn the basic principles at your own pace as opposed to a classroom pace.
Appointments are scheduled at a time that is convenient for you.
