Our classes utilize an eclectic blend of Hatha Yoga incorporating many elements of Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Each class focuses on healthy alignment, modifications and adjustments to deepen your practice, regardless of age or ability. Learn the basic poses, alignment, breathing practices, moving with breath, relaxation techniques and more.

PILATES MAT

Pilates mat classes focus on strength, stability, and flow of movement. Our instructors make improving your core strength and posture fun. You'll never have the same class twice and exercises are presented at multiple levels allowing for a variety of student abilities.

POLE FITNESS

Pole fitness will introduce you to a whole new level of fun! You'll spin, climb, invert and dance like you've never danced before. You may even find yourself joining our performance or competition team.

PILATES REFORMER

Pilates reformer utilizes spring based resistance to assist, transform, and “reform” the body. Our reformer classes are taught in a small group setting which allows our instructors to make modifications to suit each individuals needs.

POUND

This class is a full body cardio jam session combining light resistance and simulated drumming. Burn between 400 to 900+ calories per hour! This is a great class for people of all abilities. Rock as hard or lightly as you like.
